Charlie

Charlie was rescued in April 2023 at the age of one. He had been in and out of shelters the first year of his life, mostly due to being very energetic, having no reliable obedience commands and being a 85 lb jumper that is as tall as Addison on his hind legs. Charlie was ready to learn but just hadn't found the structure that he needed in a home. Two days after working with Charlie, he was able to do all of his obedience commands in a an open setting with dogs and people around. Charlie was the definition of "ready to learn" and he found the perfect home to do so.

Today, Charlie gets to go out on many appointments with Addison and live his best life. You will likely see him and Addison out in different parks throughout the Columbus area, whether it be just having fun ourselves or working with another pup!

Some of Charlie's favorite things: DOGS, People, and EVERYTHING! He loves putting his chompers to use gnawing on a stick or one of his favorite chew toys. He also has taken up paddle boarding with Addison and hopes to continue that this summer!
